Most quotes from us land within 4 hours. The ones that drag are usually waiting on basic info. If you can include these in your first message, we can quote same-day.
One photo of the whole slab.
Just from the doorway is fine. We’re looking at the existing surface, cracks, and roughly how the space is laid out. Phone-camera quality.
Approximate square footage.
Even a rough guess. Two-car garage ≈ 400-500 sq ft. Commercial kitchen ≈ 800-2000. We’ll confirm exact at the walkthrough.
When you need it done.
“This month” vs. “before tourist season” changes the schedule. We don’t rush jobs for deadlines that would compromise cure time, but knowing your window helps us route the crew.

How fast do you reply?
Most messages get a same-day reply during business hours (M-F 7am-5pm). Weekend messages are answered Monday morning. If you call during business hours, Diego picks up directly, no answering service.
Is the quote free?
Yes. The walkthrough is free, the quote is free, and there’s no obligation. If you’re not ready to commit, that’s fine, we’d rather you take the quote and shop us than commit to a job that isn’t right for you yet.
Do you serve outside the listed cities?
We cover roughly a 100-mile radius from Miami Beach. If your project is in Key Largo, Naples, Stuart, or somewhere just outside the listed cities, message us, we take projects on a case-by-case basis depending on schedule and project size.
Can you quote without a walkthrough?
For ballpark pricing, yes, a clear photo + square footage gets you a range. For a firm number we need to walk the slab. Moisture content, crack pattern, and existing coatings all change the prep cost significantly.
What payment methods do you accept?
Check, ACH, credit card (3% processing surcharge), Zelle, and Venmo for small jobs. Commercial projects can be set up on net-30 with credit references.
Do you do warranty callbacks?
Yes. Every install gets a 30-day follow-up walkthrough where we inspect the floor and address anything that surfaces during the first month of use. Workmanship issues during the warranty period are fixed at no charge.
