Usually within the week. The shop is on Crespi Boulevard in Miami Beach, so the whole county is a short drive and we run it daily. Once we walk the slab and you approve the on-site quote, we slot you into the schedule. Garages often go in a single day.
Do you coat high-rise balconies and terraces?
Yes, and it is one of the things we are known for. We waterproof and coat balconies and terraces on Miami Beach and Brickell towers, including buildings most epoxy contractors will not take on. It comes out of our marble-polishing background, where high-up, high-finish work is normal.
Can you do restaurant and commercial kitchen floors?
Yes. For kitchens and food processing we install urethane cement, which is food-safe, thermal-shock rated, and built to pass a Miami-Dade health inspection. We handle restaurants downtown, in Coral Gables and out toward Hialeah.
Will a garage floor coating hold up in this heat?
