Each county has its own project mix, Miami-Dade is mixed urban density with high-rise concentration on the coast, Broward leans suburban-commercial, Palm Beach skews toward premium residential and waterfront work. We adjust the schedule and crew rotation to match.
Miami-Dade County, FL
9 Cities servedHome base. The Crespi Boulevard shop sits in Miami Beach, so Miami-Dade is where we know the slabs by name. Highest project density of any county we cover, most weeks we’re on at least three Miami-Dade jobs simultaneously, with crews routing from the shop in 20-minute legs.
Project mix here is the most varied, single-family garages in Coconut Grove, commercial kitchens in Wynwood, high-rise balconies downtown, warehouse floors in Allapattah, beach-condo terraces in Sunny Isles. The urban density means we encounter every coating challenge South Florida has, moisture-compromised slabs near the bay, salt-air corrosion on waterfront balconies, hot-tire-marked driveways in suburban garages.
Broward County, FL
4 Cities servedThe middle band. Broward is our suburban + light-commercial corridor, large bedroom communities (Pembroke Pines, Plantation, Coral Springs) with family garages, retail strip-mall floors, and a steady stream of warehouse work in the industrial pockets near I-75.
Less high-rise concentration than Miami-Dade and less premium residential than Palm Beach, but the highest concentration of flake-epoxy garage floors we install anywhere, the suburban family-garage market loves the durable, dirt-hiding surface. Average travel time from the Miami Beach shop is 35-45 minutes, so Broward jobs are typically routed Tuesdays + Thursdays when the crew batches the trip.
Palm Beach County, FL
2 Cities servedThe premium end of the route. Boca Raton and Delray Beach are at the edge of our 100-mile coverage radius, so we schedule Palm Beach work in blocks, usually 2-3 jobs back-to-back over a week so the crew isn’t bouncing daily.
Project mix here is the most concentrated on the premium end, metallic showroom floors for collector garages, balcony waterproofing for waterfront high-rises, decorative finishes for Spanish-Mediterranean estates. The clients here typically have specific aesthetic requirements and we bring extra sample panels to the walkthrough. About 25% of our annual revenue comes from Palm Beach County despite it being our smallest geographic footprint.
